Tam's Prego Roll

Fun and games with quality chocolate and powder paints! Congrats to Tamarin on her stalk delivery which is due around mid January. Tam is expecting a girl, who is to be named Charlie-Anne. I really enjoyed shooting this pregnancy shoot. Making a mess is totally underrated. By the looks of things Tam was also in her element. For the first few powder paint shots, I set my camera on a tripod with a slow shutter speed, to capture the motion blur of the paints mixing and moving on impact. We turned Tam's belly into a work of art:) Big thanks to James Lawrenson for being the paint pourer and for standing by as a midwife;) Big thanks to mother Bonnie for giving us permission to make a mess in her bedroom...I hope Tam did a good job of cleaning up after herself;) To Tam, I will continue to pray for a quick and painless delivery and for a very healthy baby!:)

Benji & Mona's Wedding Day

As I'm sure you have already realised, this is the same couple from the Save the Date/Engagement Video, which I posted last month. I was a part of the bridal party, which meant that I was not the official photographer of the day. This album consists of a couple shots which I managed to steal when I was not "on duty". FYI, I went out of my way to stay out of the official photographers way:) Big thanks to Mignon Hartwig for getting some shots of the ceremony. The wedding was held on the 14 December, at Houw Hoek Inn, in the Western Cape. What an amazing wedding!!!:)
